Stay Fit 4 Life – Drop Off in Christiansted by 8:00AM

Join AZ Academy for Stay Fit 4 Life, its 4th annual fitness bonanza at the Christiansted fort!  We will begin with Zumba, and then move into a station rotation with obstacle courses, cross fit exercises, and nutrition and health workshops.  Finally, we will end with a yoga cool down in the shade of the tamarind tree near the gazebo.  Friends and family are welcome to join us!

Drop off begins at 7:00AM – please drop off by entering the fort’s parking lot and then pulling around to drop off students and their backpacks.  Backpacks will be stored on the bus for safe keeping.  3rd-12th grade students will only need a towel and a bottle of water.  Snacks and additional water will be provided.  PreK – 2nd graders will need a towel, a water bottle, and bagged lunch (Ms. Jenn will prepare it for those who order lunch).  Students will be bussed back to school and will swim and relax in the afternoon, as well as have lunch if they have not already done so.

All in all, it will be quite an active day, but everyone always has a great time and is energized from it!

Welcome, Kareem deGrasse
