Summer time is for sun and fun, but it is also a time to prepare for the upcoming year. Click on the links below to download the packet for your student. Printed packets are also available in the AZ Main Office, which is located in room 1C for the summer. High school summer assignments are not in a packet. Please choose the appropriate book below – if you were in Mrs. Cissel’s American Literature class, choose the traditional link. If you were in Mrs. Crowther’s HS Literature class, choose the basic link.

Registration Letter and Waiver
Read the online registration directions and the waiver form, and then have the parent/guardian and the camper sign and date the form. Don’t forget to bring this form with a copy of the camper’s immunization!
